Fish is a Viking word.
And I am a fish.

After those 2 hours, a little lunch and drink !
08.08.2010 : Cashel (Connemara)
We arrived late in the morning.
The afternoon, we choose to walk in the countryside.
A first view...
We're going on the top of the hill behind our hotel.
We will have this view, but higher in the sky (well, in the clouds)
Looking for the path

Well guys, take your time ...
We finally found our way, let's go !
Little by little !
You see the top of the hill ?
This is where we go !
And we're not alone !
But, thank God, we have good shoes and jacket
(forget the umbrella, it will die before you open it !)
One, two, three, four, stop counting !
There are free to go where ever they want, and so, uncountable !
At this moment, sheeps were my friends ...
Almost on top !
On top !
You can't imagine the wind !!
I almost fell 3 or 4 times in just a few seconds !!

Unfortunately the sky was really really dark and grey, we didn't see a lot, but it was beautiful ! I'm curious, I'd like to know how it is during a sunny day ...
I'm not angry, just against the wind ...
And now, we have to go down !
Do you see the little white house ? It's our hotel !
We left at 14:something, arrived on top around 16:something, maybe 17:00 and we began to go down ... (oh, we have to be at the hotel at 19:00 for dinner !)
Now, sheeps are not my friends anymore !
First time I fell. The floor was sodden and Converse are not the best shoes for walks like this (even if, I always made my countryside walks in Converse !), so, I slipped and fell.
When I stood up, I saw a sheep looking at us from the top of a rock, it was bleating.
Believe me, I thought I was in a cartoon, and the sheep was laughing because I felt, because I don't have it agility !!!
Seeing it like this, I told my parents "Tonight, a sheep will be in my plate !"
I felt 3 other times, and everytime I was hearing and seeing that sheep !!
(At the dinner, the rib lamb was delicious !!)
These yellow flowers are really cute.
Not when you fell on it !
It hurts ! It stings ! Awful !!
And it's everywhere, especially, everywhere AND everytime you fell !
Still here !
But this time, we're down !

I think that the funniest part of that walk was when we arrived down the hill, the gate we were supposed to open to arrive (almost) in the park of the hotel was closed. So we had to find another way to arrive at the hotel !
We finally arrived at 18:45 ! Just the time to take a hot (well, in fact mine was cold because there was no hot water AT THIS MOMENT !!), change our clothes and go to dinner ! It was a lovely afternoon !!
We were lucky : we saw a lot of sheeps and none of them choose to charge us ... I think one tried but then, it changed its minds and left us alone ! (I think he was afraid of me because I was thinking about lamb in my plate ... rib or leg ...)

I think my desire to visit Ireland increased about 2000 fold by this post. Love the rain, love the green. So cool.
