That day I was in History Class

I remember, that day, we were entering in History class and our teacher was angry, scared, and wrote something on the board. We were all wondering what was happening... (hey, 10 years ago, we didn't have internet on our mobile phones ! So, we had no idea !!)

It was afternoon class, so, with jetlag, it was the morning for the USA.

It was hard to believe but, I think we all did the same coming back home : turn on the TV. All the TV channels were talking about the same thing, the twin towers attacked by planes.

I remember when we talked about it with my Grands Parents (Dad's parents), they were really sad too. My Grand Dad went to New York few times, and once, he enjoyed taking pictures of the towers from the back. My brother has one of his pictures. When we look at it, we don't understand, in fact, my Grand Dad was laying on the ground and took his picture.

We also have view of New York with the towers, we always loved this picture. Now, we should say it's piece of art.

I went to New York late 2006, and we stopped by Ground Zero. It was quiet. Sad. It was strange to be here.

It's hard to believe that it was 10 years ago.
