I'm home again.

I came back yesterday afternoon, it was so hard to come back and being home again !!

I left Monday morning. The first step was meeting Ilo somewhere in the train to go to the airport. Well arrived, we realized that Roissy - Charles de Gaulle is so huge when you come by the train !! Then, the flight ! We sat, and looked at ourselves saying "Oh my God, we're going to Glasgow !!!"

One hour later we were in Glasgow. Zakk picked up us there. It was so good to see him !! Even if, in the car, he remind us that the gig was cancel ! (He is A Joker's Rage singer). In Scotland, pubs need a special licence for Monday gigs. The pub (Pivo Pivo) doesn't have the licence, no gig, too bad !!
Plus, Neil (Fishboy), Gary and Steven (Maggie), the rest of the band, left for another gig with their other band, Three Card Trick. Impossible to go there, Skye Island is too far away from Glasgow !! So we just saw Zakk. Visit the city, drank some tea, went back to his place, went out to a pub, meeting new people drinking some beers.

On Tuesday morning, after a wonderful Scottish breakfast, we left Glasgow to England. Zakk drove us to Harrogate (Yorkshire, near Leeds). Scottish countryside is so beautiful. Green hills, orange hills, so different from the French countryside. I'd love to go back to Scotland (and see the rest of the band !!!)

We arrived in Harrogate during the afternoon, we were supposed to meet Darren (the boss) at 6, the same day. We went out to visit the city, and had a lot of fun because, in Harrogate, it's like the people choose to reunite the activities in the same quarter. I mean, there's the hotels/bed & breakfast quarter, the real estate agent quarter, ... Fun !
We went back to the hotel, took our time to get dress, and Darren called "Hmm, I won't be here at 6, but at 7!" F*** !! What are we gonna do ?

Darren finally came at 7, and we went to the restaurant. We talk about bands sharing a pizza and pastas : "Talk To Angels should do that, A Joker's Rage did that ... bla bla bla" Then he took us to the Blues Bar, and I fell in love with another band : The Dunwell Brothers Band !! So good !! We tried to convince Darren to sign them on Circular Creative ... No answer yet !! We went back to the hotel, and went back to the pub, to finally come back to the hotel.

The next morning, Wednesday, Darren came to pick us up at the hotel to go to his company, ABF Europe. We're supposed to work with him for two events, one in Geneva (Switzerland), one in Paris. A Joker's Rage will come to play little gig too. So we went to ABF to discover the products, meeting Nathan and other people.
At 3'00, we left, took a first train to Leeds, then a second to Bradford. Thanks God, Nathan was with us and show us the way !! The train was so boring, so I took stupid photos again : my coat, my iPod, ... Unfortunately, I couldn't take Sleepy Nathan !! He woke up just before I press the button !!

We walk through Bradford and took a tea/coffee/big chocolate with cream with Nathan. Then, Jim came and drove us to Mickey's place !

We arrived there, and we were in heaven. Jim knocked on the door, and Grumpy/Sleepy Craig came to open the door !! He was so sweet !! It was so good to see him ! Then Mickey, and downstairs Chris and Jamie !! Maybe I didn't see A Joker's Rage in Glasgow, but I hugged Talk To Angels in Bradford !! Mickey cooked his Chili, we talked, smiled, drank, laughed, went to a pub, talked, smiled, drank, laughed, and the little boys went back to their home : bye bye Jim, Craig, Chris and Jamie (Nathan left few hours before, after the Chili, before the pub), and we went back to Mickey's, talked, smiled, drank, laughed. A wonderful evening.

Thursday morning was REALLY hard !! Bedtime at 2'30, wake up at 8'00, airport at 9'00, plane at 11'00.

It was a wonderful trip ! I hope I will see them soon !! Before June !!

Time to go to bed now, and dream about them, again !!
