Poster time !

Few weeks, no months ago, I was unable to use Photoshop. 

The good thing, when I was unemployed was that I had a lot of time to learn how to work with Photoshop. 

Few weeks ago, I booked a new gig. On April 27th, Josh Beech and the Johns are playing in Paris, a venue called Le Yono.

Few weeks ago, the boys asked me if they could share the stage with another band. 

Phone call to the venue, no problem, they check if they find somebody.

Few weeks ago, no news about the supporting band, nor the venue, and the boys (well, no, not the boys, just the manager Jack...) ... New phone call "Can I suggest a band" "ok"

Few weeks ago, I booked a second gig. On April 27th, iMMa will support Josh Beech and The Johns at the Yono, Paris !

Few days ago, I met the guy from the venue. Because the gig is in a month, we, now, need to work on the communication.
Communication means... Poster.

The problem is that I love iMMa's picture, but think that Josh's are not so good... I think there are strange... Hard to create a poster when you don't like the pix, right ?

I made a first one, and, before sending it to the venue, I sent it to Jack.

 
Jack : I like it, but, a picture with the entire band will be better...
Me : Well... Those pictures are landscape format, and I can't use it.

Version Number 2 :

Jack : Well... We don't see the other guys, the picture is not good, plus, the public will start smoking because of the poster.

Me : Smoking is bad, but public is already smoking, so are those who are booking the gigs !

Version Number 3 : 

Jack : I like this picture, but maybe Erika won't appreciate ...
Me : You're right, but it's too big to have the two pictures...

Version Number 4 :

Me : I have the solutionnnnnnnnnnnn !

Jack : I like it but they look drunk

Me : STAY COOL !!!!! (I will have revenge later !) ... 

Ask to lil' brother : do they look drunk ?

Lil' Brother's answer (really inspired) : no...

Me : They don't 

Jack : well...

Me : (not saying it on Skype) I'm gonna beat you with the poster !!!!!

Jack : I bet version 5 will be the good one. I like this one. Smart and funny.

Me : Smart and funny ????

Results : After a Photoshop week-end, the event is online, he's trying to write a simple sentence in French to announce the gig (and it's pretty funny), and now, I know I won't survive to this gig !!!!
