Ain't no sunshine ...

When (he’s) gone ? 

Well, no !  

Ok, last time I posted, I was bad, really bad. And because my aunt’s biopsy was yesterday and that nobody knows the results, we are still worried. If it’s a cancer, we can loose her around 3 or 6 months… 

Yesterday, I spent the afternoon with my friend Charlotte and met the wonderful Milo. OMG, this baby boy is soooooo cute !!!! And Charlotte is a so beautiful Mum !!!!! 

Today was a good day. Maybe because it’s a thursday and because I like thursdays.

I know that W. and Jack are in London together. And because some things change about the next gig I spent the morning wondering “call or not”. And finally, no call. I had the time to work on iMMa’s press release.

This afternoon, Mum and I left for Paris because we were invited to the opening of an exhibition. A hat exhibition by the French creator Sylvie Laroche. OMG !!! I wanted to buy everything !!!  

The one on the poster was black and pink. The pink part was looking like a fan, and the black part was just black feathers (sorry I forgot the name of the bird !!). My favourite was a green one, dark green with silk, cotton and peacock’s feather. AWESOME !!

After that, we met my Dad and went for diner. He made a reservation to a restaurant near his office. He didn’t say where we were going but, Mum and I guessed it easily.

We had diner at Le Quinzième by Cyril Lignac. Cyril Lignac is one of the best French chef we have ! He won a reality show about cooking few years ago, wrote some books, opened few restaurants and is awesome. My Dad goes to this one all the time because it’s a nice place to have professional lunch, it was the first time for me.

The food was just awesome, and the team adorable ! What I loved the most was how they built it. One of the room is near the kitchen, and the walls of the kitchen are glassed walls, so you can see everything in the kitchen. It’s unbelievable !!!!

We started with champagne because this time, my Parents have my birthday gift !! 

On April 5^th (my bday), my Mum said that she was sorry but my gift wasn’t ready…. They were working on it since December, but it was not ready… Believe me I had no idea of what the gift will be… 

Tonight, Mum gave me a little box. Just seeing the box, I thought about a ring, and thought “It can’t be the one I saw at the antiques dealer… my parents are not that crazy…” I opened it and was in love.

A “simple” ring, white gold and an amethyst. Just adorable ! Then, my Mum told me who created it and loved it more !

The guy who made my ring is Quentin, one of my sister’s best friend. He’s thinking about jewelry since Junior High (he’s 28 now…) and is sooooo talented. It was the first time he was working on a ring from A to Z ! It’s the best ring I ever saw !!! 

No, I’m not engaged ! But you know what ?! It will be hard for my fiancé to find the right ring ! Maybe that I’ll give him Quentin’s number ! It will be easier !!!
